Ben came when my front door wouldn't open. What a lifesaver. He asked a few questions then pulled out a tool and opened it like a charm. He fixed what was broken and was fast and pleasant. The cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend this locksmith to anyone!

After calling around for info on my lock situation Benz Locksmith took care of my worries and told me he had a plan for the lock. We scheduled for the following week and he showed up on time and communicated great en route. Unfortunately the prior lock was installed poorly so he had to shimmy and align parts more than usual in the door. My wife and I are happy with the function of the handle and lock. We are glad to have it professionally done and complete. He said it wasn't perfect but I know given the complexity of the job this is a terrific outcome. Many thanks.

I needed to change 5 locks at my new house and duplicate some new ones. I was shopping around calling different locksmiths in the area and none of them was as professional and quick as Ben was. He came on time, he did the job quickly and perfectly. I sent him to do some work for my sister and she had great experience of service as well. If you are looking for a good locksmith Ben is your man.

Needed some locks updated and come across Ben’z. Ben was able to schedule according to my schedule availability. He gave a courtesy call of his ETA the day of which I really appreciated. Ben showed up promptly and provided several options to select from. Ben completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up which was great. His work was solid, professional and provided exactly what I asked for. Will definitely keep his info at hand for future needs.

How should I say this in a less offensively way…This guy a is professional thief. I called and scheduled a quote, he came out to check out our main door and sliding door. The main door with a smart lock was quoted $690. I’m not sure which smart lock brand he was ordering, but when I asked for service cancellation, it ended up costing me 35% restocking + shipping. My boyfriend thought we needed the locks done the same day, which wasn’t the case. My boyfriend ordered 2 Kwikset smart locks, sliding door lock, and another deadlock for $500. Service was better than Ben’z Locksmith and done quickly. Ben made $150 for a trip to check out our main door lock. This is good for 10 minutes of work kind of business. Would never recommend a thief to come to anyone’s home.
