This is “BEE” grade redwood are you kidding me!!!!! They loaded them on trailer bad side down. 90% white wood!!!!!!! Big knots in my “BEE” grade 4 x 4 posts - I’m afraid now they won’t support the weight. Why did I pay extra???????????!!!!!!!!!! I can’t believe they actually loaded this crap on my trailer when I asked to please pick some good ones!!! So freak’n disappointed with their product!!!!! Just wanted to edit now that I cooled off, I do plan to continue to use Berco but I think I will stick with the Auburn Blvd store as they have more inventory at that site and the people there are beyond friendly. Berco did try to contact me to “make it right” but I canceled the project for another day. My EDH experience was just not good that day, not with the product or the guy that repeate

Amazing service from both the yard staff and the inside team. They were quick and knowledgeable with their answers, showed me each board before loading it, and were happy to exchange any material I wasn’t satisfied with. Thank you, Berco!

Prices are competitive, gated yard is clean and the staff is extremely respectful. These young men are the epitome of customer service. This is my only stop for mulch now.

I bought a bunch of rough redwood for raised beds. I bought a little extra, figuring that there would be some bad pieces. My order was about $3,500.00 (the raised beds are rather fancy), I had no bad boards. It was such a nice to get high quality product and not mess with the returns and overage. Glas they expanded their operation to EDH. Nate is my go to guy for quality redwood product.
