I've tried other cleaning services, but none have impressed me like Ralphie's Pool Cleaning. I wasn't too happy to learn that the chemical readings of my pool's water were off the charts. I want to start by saying that David and Xavier were God sent to save my pool after a guys who still service Serrano neighborhood quit abruptly after his incompetency became obvious. I requested an inspection and consultation regarding our pool in El Dorado Hills. David arrived the next day, right on time and eager to help solve our maintenance issues. He was courteous, professional and generous in his assistance, with no insistence on starting a full service contract. He tested our pool water, inspected our pump system and offered reasonable advice for future care. He even applied a bottle of clarifying solution at no cost. We were very grateful and impressed. We will have no hesitation using his pool service in the future and referring him to friends and family.

They always let you know what they have done each week and if there are any issues that go beyond the scope of their service they know who to contact. My pool pump was failing and they got me in contact with the right people to replace the pump quickly and hassle free.
