I stopped in the store today because I had an issue with a stripped screw from an Allen wrench and after you tubing some possible solutions, I’d stop by to see if I could pick up a torque bit to help get this out. Shane was thoroughly helpful in helping me find a solution for this and provided excellent customer service. Anytime I drop by the employees at Emigh Ace Hardware have made a great shopping experience.

Right from the get go since they opened up shop, I’m been a happy customer. They carry all the hardware items I need and knowledgeable and friendly staff willing to assist. This saves me a trip across town to the big box shop empty of enough staff to provide assistance. I bought a Weber grill from them in the first month they opened. The delivery and set up was great. When the lid was scratched during delivery, the staff made it right and replaced it. No hassles. Did I mention… no hassle. That is the repeating theme that brings me back. I’ve bought pool cleaning supplies, bolts, houseplants, grill accessories, canning jars, etc. Staff are super friendly and always ask if I need assistance. So excited to finally have a hardware store in town center. This store is huge. It’s an Ace with what you’d expect, just bigger and very organized. Everyone was super friendly and I am sure to continue to shop here without having to run to Folsom every time I need something hardware related.

"Ace is the place" .... Lives up to it's jingle here. Very friendly and helpful staff here. And remember the days when you could buy just one screw or nut at the hardware store? You can still do that at Emigh's.
