Our well pump went out the other day and I was without water, so called Bergerson Caswell to come take a look. They were at my house within a couple hours and had everything fixed shortly after. They didn't try to sell me anything or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. The tech was also very good at helping me understand what he was fixing and gave me with some helpful tips for the future. I will definitely be calling them for any future work we need!

We suddenly had no water last night. Thought we’d try and replace control panel and that didn’t work. Our well pump is 28 years old. Called about 3-4 different places in the morning, most went to voicemail or never called back. BC was the one that had a live person answer our call and give us a quote. They were here and had a new pump installed within 4 hours. Friendly techs. Final price was under quote. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience has been absolutely horrible. We purchased a water softener a few months back and after a while, realized that our water was even worse then before. They came out to fix it twice and the second time after they left, water flooded over the top of the softener, causing all kind of salt water damage to our basement carpet and base trim. Instead of good customer service all we have received are excuses and that it is not their problem. They have no intent to help us with the damage and have said they will not submit to their insurance. In fact the manager made disparaging remarks about us in an email to his colleagues and instead of sending to them he sent it to us!!! We now have to incur time and expense to sue them in District Court.

We, Bill and Thelma Bryson, recently hired Bergerson Caswell to repair our well and install new pumping equipment. We were earlier told by their major competitor that it could not be repaired, and that we would have to drill a new well. The Caswell employees were very persistent in this repair and the new installation of pumping equipment. They were very professional and experienced all along the way. The field employees stayed focused, and resolved to make the well work like new. They were SUCCESSFUL!! We very much appreciate the professional mindset everyone brought to the job site everyday.
