T.L. Stevens Well Company

Our well went out after 38 years of service. Joe made a quick trip out within a couple of hours. After checking the control system he diagnosed our pump to be the culprit. His regular field service person was off the next day, so Joe came out himself the next morning, (9 degrees above zero!), and installed a new pump. Incredibly nice guy, great service, and reasonably priced for emergency service. We would highly recommend TL Steven's Well Services!

I am having a hard time believing some of these reviews. I called TL Stevens three times for service. Each time they were very pleasant on the phone. And also very apologetic when there was no onsite tech visit or no call back. Eventually, I got tired of waiting and called Stadola. They came out the day after my call and fixed my well tank the same day.

We recently hired TL Stevens to upgrade our well to a new constant pressure system. Their quote was very detailed compared to other vendors we considered and made it much easier to understand what was being installed in my home. The entire staff was very friendly and easy to work with even with my many questions and repeat phone calls when trying to fully understand the features, warranties, and charges associated with the proposed system. Although they did not submit the cheapest bid, the consumer information that was readily available about the system they were quoting, better warranties for the system components, and their customer service they provided before the sale ultimately made our decision an easy one. The installer, Steve, did a great job, was more than willing to work with

T.L Stevens is on top of my referral list, their company is a breath of fresh air. They recently completed two well sealings on my rental property in a timely and professional manner, they even had a back up plan if the weather went below freezing. I received a competitive estimate prior to the work being performed, and decided to go with them. Once the job was completed, the price actually went down! That is unheard of, especially in the midst of a pandemic. I have NEVER signed an estimate and had the price go down after the work was finished. I am sure that doesn't happen often, but it just goes to show how honest they are....a company with integrity, our country could use more of those!
