I called a couple radon mitigation companies as we prepared to sell our house. One provided a quote over the phone, house unseen, and iRadon actually came to the house and discussed options. While iRadon wasn't the lower of the two quotes, I went with them since they came to the house and understood what we wanted and explained how it would be done. Moving can be so stressful. Then to learn you have elevated radon levels. We contacted iRadon and they were AMAZING! Josh came to our home and determined the best course of action and set a date for installation of our Radon mitigation system. He was extremely professional, communicated all the steps he was taking and did an incredible job! You would never know he installed this system! I found iRadon team by seeing their van in neighborhood. Just called them up and Andrew came for estimates. Very friendly and reasonable. He gave me estimates which I was ok considering a full radon mitigation system. But during the work they found a passive radon system in my home and Andrew offered me a lower price. I was not aware of the passive system and would never have been aware. Other than the honest service, they were professional and thorough. Thanks a lot for the excellent job Andrew!

TLDR: iRadon is the best, you wont regret hiring them! Andrew with iRadon is fantastic! I had a couple radon mitigation companies out to the house to give me an estimate and Andrew was the only one that listened to my concerns regarding system location, noise, and where power could be added to the fan. He based his recommendation on what could be done with what I told him I was looking for. This was great as the other companies did not listen to me and just told me what (I can only assume) would be the cheapest and easiest for them to install. During the system installation Andrew kept me up to speed on what was being done and how they were going to do it. My experience with iRadon was AWESOME!! Andrew and Josh took my Radon levels from 9 to 0.02. I never once felt like I was being sold to.
