I can't comment on their plumbing skills, but whoever drives their work van is going to get someone hurt. I was at a four-way intersection, stopped due to passing traffic that didn't have stop signs. While I waited for the intersection to clear, the van (behind me) started honking impatiently. Then, the driver passed me on the right—on a one-lane road—and sped through the intersection. Thankfully, the oncoming traffic was alert and managed to brake in time, barely avoiding a collision. Sorry, but no plumbing emergency is worth getting someone killed.

Called to arrange for a priority repair of a shower leak and was given an appointment. The contractor did not keep the appointment nor call to advise of not keeping the appointment. Consequently, I called and was told they were handing an emergency flood of another customer and that they'd call back later that day to set an appointment. I have yet to receive a call back some 5 days later.

These guys are so helpful and so friendly, I wouldn't ever want another plumber again.
