I have been a customer Besel's since 1990s, Have always been satisfied with their service until last year. I didn't mind paying a little more for better products/service through the years. I have seen managers come and go over the years. This is a warning that they no longer seem to care about their customer's. I spent over$8000 on a new heating/ac system in approx August 2023 with a 10 year warranty. Unfortunately the compressor broke down during the heatwave last August. I contacted Denis Wacker in charge of the service dept. He informed me that they could not help me. That they could not get another compressor or furnish my tenant with a couple of window ac units to get him by the 100+ heatwave we were having. Adam and his crew came to my office building for our semi-annual 'check-up' today for the HVAC system. One of our offices was not as well heated as the others and they helped problem solve the issue. Old buildings are very unique - they were great to work with!

Arriving at our condo to find the furnace would not come on and snow on the way was not the welcome we were expecting. Besel's tag was on the furnace from previous owner, so I called the number and was called back quickly (after hours & day before Thanksgiving). Was guided through several steps to try and get furnace to work, to no avail. Was given the option for an after hours service call or wait until next day. We waited til the next day. Got our trouble call in early in the day & service technician made it to the condo shortly after noon. He found the problem quickly, did a complete maintenance tune-up/inspection and explained everything to us. Randy performed technical tests on the furnace components and confirmed that the system is running properly. I thought he was very thorough and knowledgeable and he provided feedback while answering questions. I look forward to having him come back in the spring to insure the A/C is serviceable for next year.

I talked with Keith on Monday, they had someone there by Wed.of the same week to do the work on the eves of our roof and on Thursday to tear out the chimney, repair the roof and replace the shingles. Everything was done and cleaned up by the gentleman from Besels. We couldn't believe how reasonable the price was. I was expecting 1000s and it wasn't even $1500. I will recommend Besels and definitely use them for future projects. Keith and the gentleman whe worked on the eves and roof were great, explained things, gave me the reports I needed for insurance and didnt try to sell me things I didn't need. A+.
