Huge thanks to Mr. Breeze HVAC! They did a wonderful job working through all the quirks and character of our 1890s home and handled every nuance like total pros. We’re really fortunate to have great local businesses like this in our community—skilled, honest, and great to work with!! They came early during the block of time they gave me. Texted me with a name and photo of the technician. Diagnosed the problem which was the control board and quoted me a price of over $800 for just the part. With being retired and the cost of the part I got a second which they confirmed was the control board but their price for the control board was considerably less. I called Mr. Breeze back and due to several things was able to get the price reduced and close to the other company’s price so I elected to have Mr. breeze complete the repair and we have heat!

We discovered a carbon monoxide issue and called Mr. Breeze. They were at our house in about 30 minutes, and it was discovered we needed a new furnace. They were able to work us in the next day to install it. Very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them in the future!

One of the best experiences I've ever had with service company. They were efficient, responded quickly, and are honest. They offered a senior citizen discount and our technician had thought it had already been applied, it hadnt been so he made sure it did get applied. They will be our service technitions from now on!

I am filing this complaint due to what I believe was a misleading and sales-driven service visit. My furnace is less than three years old, yet the technician immediately stated that the unit needed to be replaced without performing any diagnostic testing, measurements, or troubleshooting. The recommendation was made after only a brief visual inspection. No effort was made to verify system performance, identify specific faults, or explain why replacement was necessary. This lack of proper evaluation raises serious concerns about the credibility of the recommendation and suggests the visit was focused on upselling a new furnace rather than providing an honest assessment. I find this practice unprofessional and concerning, especially for homeowners who may not be familiar with HVAC systems
