Working with JF Denny was a refreshing change from my usual experience with contractors. They were able to schedule the work to meet a short timeline. Their staff was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. And although the job was fairly minor in scope, they treated me as though I was their most important customer. Bill was the plumber they sent and he was a true professional. He got the work done quickly and without any issue. Outstanding Service from JF Denny Plumbing!!! JF Denny Plumbing came through for us on very short notice and did an excellent job fixing both our water heater and sump pump. Their timing was perfect, the service was professional and efficient, and their customer care was top-notch from start to finish. I can't thank JF Denney enough for all the services that they do for me.And the wonderful people they have working for them. Brad changed out my garbage disposal, fixed all my lines, and Worked on my bathtub. He was kind, generous with his time and did a wonderful job. The office personnel. Informed me that since they installed new furnace for me that it needed to have a checkup. And they'd set up the appointment right away. I'm glad they called cause I would have forgotten. Preston was the gentleman they sent out. He was efficient kind and Knew his stuff. Answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. I'm grateful to everyone there from office staff that keeps me informed. And the wonderful people who work for them.

I have used JF Denney twice in the last 6 months and both times it was something that needed to be repaired pretty quickly and they were able to fix our issues the very next day. Yesterday Preston was the technician that came to our house to fix something on our heating unit. He was very nice and professional and got everything fixed and running in a timely manner! We didn’t have hot water as our tankless system needed to be serviced. I called and while they were already having a busy day Lilly was able to get Jared out to get us serviced and back up with hot water. They were both awesome to work with. You will NOT be disappointed when you use JF Denny.
