Besroi Roofing & Siding

I needed siding repaired, first time using Besroi. Impressive! Mark, salesman, came to the house to see what needed to be done, worked up an estimate within a day or two (was patient with me too, as I had many questions). The two workers were respectful of the residence and cleaned up the area daily. They did a fantastic job where siding was needed to be repaired, way beyond what I was expecting. Definitely recommend. I had Besroi updated the siding on our home in the fall of 24. They did an amazing job. Their quote came in less than two other local companies AND they used a better quality product than the other quotes. We also had Besroi replace two exterior doors and two windows. Everything came out beautifully. Any issues were resolved promptly and payment wasn’t excepted until I was 100% satisfied. We will definitely work with Scott at Besroi again went the time comes!

A request for quotation to replace GAF Slateline asphalt shingles with Ecostar Synthetic Slate was submitted to multiple contractors through a roofing consultant. Besroi replaced my roof and gutters this month, March 2025. I obtained multiple estimates and I have to say that Scott was awesome. He was informative, taking the time to explain the process, the product options after a thorough inspection of the roof and gutters. The quote was extremely reasonable. Jess in the office was helpful in so many ways - prompt responses, staying on top of things to keep things moving along.They were prompt and quick; calling me to schedule as soon as there was a break in Buffalo's weather and the roof was completed in 1 day. Needed some home repairs & have always been pleased with Besroi’s Work we had previously had them do ! Garage overhang complete tear off, replaced front facia and gutters on entire front and repaired gutter downspout from second floor down on back of house. Replaced twin opening french doors With double casement windows. Everything looks wonderful did a great job and cleaned up after themselves! These guys do beautiful work and are my contractor of choice for any home repair Highly recommend these folks for your next home improvement project !
