The In-Store Experience Expert Assistance: The Blue Shirts were incredibly knowledgeable about the new hardware. They helped me compare the standalone console ($449.99) against the Mario Kart World Bundle, ensuring I got the best value for my starting library. Immediate Gratification: There’s nothing like walking out of the store with the console in hand. The shelves were well-stocked with the latest Switch 2 exclusives, and I was able to grab physical copies of Donkey Kong Bananza and Pokémon Pokopia without waiting for shipping. Wonderful experience speaking with Jason? (Or maybe it was Joshua?) on the phone today. I had many questions about purchasing a refurbished iMac for my personal business. He was very polite, very patient, and very informative. One of the best customer experiences I have had at the store.

My daughter ordered a computer and it said it would be ready for pickup in one hour. We live an hour away and my son was going to town so we figured he could stop by and get it. 4 hours later and it still wasn’t ready and the store is closing now they say it won’t be ready till tomorrow. They say it’s in stock so just go get it and hand it over. It’s not that difficult!! Haven’t shopped at Best Buy in years and looks like there’s a reason. Also tried to call the store and there’s some stupid AI trash trying to help me then I finally got a human on the phone but unfortunately she couldn’t speak English very well and didn’t help at all. How about you get REAL AMERICAN PEOPLE on the phone and actually help your customers!! Now on top of all this they respond to my post telling me to reach out

Helped me with the purchase of a wifi compact printer. Walked me a staff member and he walked me straight to the easiest on for me to hook up to me laptop. Told him I had a HP and was running on Windows and walked me through the hook up. I went home and 123 Done. His instructions were spot on. Thank you Best Buy for hiring the Best. Slight rant about Best Buy- I have been to many Best Buy’s and they are great with my phone screen (I have a warranty so I get a free one whenever) but recently I started having laptop problems and my first thought was to bring it to Best Buy. I brought it to geek squad and the lady said ‘yep sounds like a fan but we would have to ship it out for $85 to have them diagnose it and it would take 2 weeks but there are other tech places you could take it to in Anderson who could do it cheaper’ so I took it to another place who quoted me $200. I called Best Buy again (now knowing that the problem was indeed the fan) saying ‘hey I have a Lenovo yoga laptop and the fan needs to be replaced is that something you do?’ To then he said ‘yes we can’ so I asked him to check for the part and he said ‘yes
