The store is fantastic and all the staff seemed very nice and several offered to help us find anything we needed. Displays were all working fine and we had a fun time window shopping. However, as you can probably tell from the photos, I paid a visit to the restroom while I was there. The restroom itself was fine (shout out for the changing table in the men's room), but it's gotta be some kind of crime to have a gap big enough for my thumb to fit through on either side of the stall door. I've seen bad, this was horrendous and easily took the cake. I'm lucky I was the only one in the bathroom the whole time. To top it off, the toilet paper was quite literally see-through. Not my first time dealing with this, but the combo of the 2 just made me feel like my concerns in a bathroom being sold

Their service was terrible. I was at Best Buy last week and found an oven I wanted to buy for my mother. I took a picture of it, and everything seemed fine. I asked them to buy it, but one of the employees had crossed out the price on the display, showing it as 135 instead of the actual price. This is what encouraged me to buy it from them. The oven also had the same price tag on the inside as on the display. I asked them to sell it to me at that price because it wasn't my fault. I was on the phone with my mother and I was so happy because I was going to buy it for her! It was their mistake, and they broke my mother's heart because I couldn't afford to buy the oven for her at that high price. This will be the last time I deal with them. DO NOT call and think you will be talking to staff at the Jackson location because you will not!!!! Your call will be redirected to a call center where English is not spoken well at all!!!! I had to purchase an item twice and my installation appointment was either cancelled or never scheduled. All because of the staff at the call center trying to work quick and neither of us were really able to understand one another. Best Buy you have got to come up with a better solution because this is ridiculous!!!! Everyone doesn’t have social media and I’m one of them. So no I will not be reaching out to you through social media!!!! I’ve called the local store plenty of times and never get the location!!!! A male manager was very rude with my wife today the Store wasn’t busy, but he kept telling everyone to go up front to get in the queue to get some help and the people that did that waited 30+ minutes for service and when talking to the manager, he even rolled his eyes. Like , it was a huge inconvenience to offer his help to a paying customer . A short brown haired white guy with a bad attitude very rude customer service today will not be back to this store

Just pitiful. Do not fall for the Best Buy/Citibank card because it's a scam. I've spent around 2.5k in 2025 with Best Buy, but my latest purchase, 10/07/25 has me furious. I walked out of the store thinking I had a zero balance and I get a call from Citibank's collection department from someone I could barely understand saying I owed $324+ in late fees and balances. I literally bought a desktop with a Best Buy "Citibank" card and immediately paid it off with my debit card- just to get the in-store credit. I used the in-store credit to purchase a webcam on 10/31/25. Didn't cost a penny because I had the in-store credit- thought I had a positive balance on the card.
