Best Carpet

Bought a couple floor buffers from them. It was partly my fault for not knowing better since I don't have a lot of know-how. But he knew they were worthless and sold them as is, which I accepted, thinking at least the one would be worth having. Neither were. I was told "no returns." So beware what you buy from them, folks...they got shade on their business ethics.

No problems once I got a quote.

The receptionist was a little flustered because she wasn't certain of where the carpet we wanted to see was and she was absolutely adorable. She was very helpful and stuck right with us until the guy who did installs returned from lunch. The gentleman we spoke to about the carpet materials and install was both knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend this place for your flooring needs

I bought the sheet vinyl there, I have looked around it was the best price I found, install and great quality material. The installers are amazing! Hard working, detailed, kind, right on target with there timelines and what had to be done. My floor has never looked better, and I have a 50 year old house. They know their stuff, and care about doing things right. I am thankful and super happy ! I appreciate you both for your hard work and Best Carpet for sending them to me and a great price. Awesome experience dealing with these guys. Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and picked out just what I needed. Dewayne and staff took care of it and set it up to have the installation done. Installers came out and done the job right the first time and cleaned up very well and locked up as I asked. Will be going back to them for all my flooring needs. Thanks Best Carpet
