This is not even a real company. Have reached out to BBB and plan to get an attorney involved at this point. It has been a year and a half since the roof was replaced. What I am about to say will seem hard to believe. First of all our roof was dated but did not leak one bit. They knocked on our door to tell us that they could get our insurance company to replace our roof for us. After they replaced the roof we had 2 major leaks. One as soon as you walk in and another over top of our master bedroom and hallway. They replaced the wood on my roof and covered our exhaust vent for our gas furnace! (Major safety issue) We paid extra in our contract for them to put siding on a vertical portion on our roof and they put shingles instead which have of course fallen off. Jayden was my representative with BCR. He was so thorough and made sure I got the best deal possible. He checked back with me after the job was done to make sure everything went well. Then we had a couple of snow storms and he called me to make sure everything was still ok. He has gone way above what was expected. I highly recommend him and BCR. The job was done fast and efficient. Everything went so smoothly.

We met Jeff Villa in person and he laid out the system they use for replacing the roof. He gave a very competitive price for the others we had requested quotes from. The choices for what we wanted were abundant and we settled on a Merlot that gives our house extra curb appeal. The tradesman that showed up to do the roof were extremely polite, professional, courteous, and hard workers. In just under 11 hours they set up protective tarps, removed the old roofing, installed the new roofing, and diligently cleaned up around the entire house. I could not be more pleased with the respect, workmanship, professionalism of these young tradesman, and the beauty of the completed roof. 100% recommend Best Choice Roofing for any roofing needs you have. I could not be more pleased.

So...I don't usually make posts like this, but I believe this merits a brief post so others can be warned, in case something similar happens to them. ------- Earlier this week, 2 men showed up at our house while my father-in-law was there working on a window. My wife was gone and I was at work. They said they were with a roofing company, were working in the area, and noticed some issues with our roof. My father-in-law told them he was NOT the HOMEOWNER and they would have to talk to us. The men asked if we would be home Saturday, and he said he didn't know. They also wanted contact information for us, which they were NOT given. Fast-forward to Saturday, 2/21/26.
