Cindy was wonderful when we first called to schedule our appointment — friendly, organized, and easy to work with. Jesse, our project manager, answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. He was incredibly detailed and made sure everything would meet (and exceed!) our expectations. Manny and his crew did an amazing job installing our Kentucky board fence. They worked efficiently, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. It was an absolute pleasure working with Best Fence of Cincinnati. Everyone on the team was outstanding. Tyler was great up front showing us all of the different options. Jesse came out to our property and carefully walked us through the details of where the fence would be installed. They were able to get our fence installed within two weeks before the weather got very cold and we are so thrilled. Manni and has teamed an absolute amazing job on the installation. I contacted Best Fence to get a quote for a Kentucky 3 Board wood fence installed in my backyard. I was comparing prior quotes on both wood and chain link fencing and Best Fence came through with the best quote for wood fencing and quick installation, which I wanted done before the holidays. The project manager, Jesse Dohr was very thorough and answered any questions I had through the process. Best Fence Cincinnati did a wonderful job with our fence! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to help with a fence for their yard. They came out, listened to our needs/wants, and offered professional advice. They had multiple styles of fencing to meet all kinds of needs. The thing that sold us was how they handled all aspects of the project from helping with a survey for the yard (we have a utility easement that needed to be marked out) and with local city/county permits. They gave realistic timeframes for the project and kept us informed all throughout the process. All of their folks were very easy to work with and their installation crew was top notch!
