One of the best companies we have ever dealt with. So rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like this one. Doug worked with us to get the right product, color/design and material for the floors in each of our rooms. He brought multiple samples we saw at his store to our home to make sure what you like. No high pressures sales. Wants his customers happy with their choice. He has so much knowledge so he can help find the right product for you. He is not only there after the sale. One of our products was defective and we notified him. He took care of every detail from begin to end to get replaced by the manufacturer. Thanks for being a caring business owner.

Best Flooring Center has a good selection of flooring products and knowledgable salespeople. I chose a vinyl plank flooring and they gave me an estimate on the time it would take to install the flooring throughout the house. They were true to their timetable. They were also very good about moving the larger size pieces of furniture. However they had to rip up the original tile in the kitchen and in the process managed to badly ding my lower kitchen cabinets. They did not offer to repair the damage.They did not finish the flooring under the dishwasher and left some broken pieces of tile in the space. They insisted on installing quarter round edging along the walls instead of just replacing the edging so the areas around the doorways look unfinished. They also did not finish the transition

My entire home is done with Flooring from Best Flooring Center, and was painted with Ben Moore Paint while they were selling it also.

This was our first experience with Best Flooring Center and will definitely return for future flooring needs. Rick was knowledgable and patiently explained the differences in the manufacturing and pros and cons of his assorted flooring. Installation was completed in a day. Unlike high pressure sale tactics of other facilities, my husband and I felt confident with our purchase. We absolutely love our new floors.

Fearful of Best Floors...BUT Please Read Below The workmanship was excellent! Cleanup was excellent! Installers Danny and Ryland were prompt, courteous and professional. Why was I fearful? There are some extremely negative comments about Best Floors of Clermont. So why would I hire this company to do my work? Two reps from other companies came to my house with samples. One I dismissed immediately because of price quote. The 2nd quote was acceptable but the salesman didn't listen to my particular needs. He also was weak on his explanation of installation.
