Best In Backyards

Best in Backyards has done quite a bit of work at my house in Mahopac over the years. From when it was built in 1998 and all the initial decking and stonework till the most recent backyards equipment additions. My deck wraps around 3 sides of the house and the stonework is all around the house and the pool. We increased the pool patio area and have recently added a kitchen and pavilion Our house is a veritable showroom for BIB. Service is amazing from start to finish. They walk you through every step starting with the paperwork for permits if needed. The Office and field technicians are all top notch and I was very satisfied. Naim in the store was exceptional and everyone should ask for him. Side story; the guy that helped constrict the pavilion in 2024 told me his father did the stone

Our delivery experience was great. The two delivery guys, Alfredo and Lone expertly placed my 18x12 ft shed - centered on a 20x16 ft pad, the day after a blizzard that made conditions extremely difficult. Looks good and I'm very happy with the final product.

This is the third time we’ve used Best in Backyards, and once again they did an excellent job. They built our deck in 2020, a shed in 2021, and today they delivered our hot tub. The installers today, Alfredo and Jermy, were outstanding. They were extremely careful with the delivery and took the time to walk us through exactly what they were doing and why, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in doing things the right way. We’ve had consistently great experiences with this company over the years and would absolutely recommend them.

Alfredo and Jermy were thorough, skilled and professional with installation of our Covana roof and South Seas hot tub! I’m super pleased with their set up — topped off by efficiently teaching me on future care. Bravo!!
