Chris and Shane from Precision Property Solutions did an excellent job power washing my house, deck and walkway. The price was very reasonable considering the work they did . I’ve lived in my house for over 20 years and have never gotten it power washed so I didn’t think what they did could be done . Not to mention they are local , only a couple of minutes from my house . In all honesty if you need your house or anything on your property power washed please contact them . You won’t regret it.

They’ve completed two sizeable residential jobs for me so far, and I’ve been impressed with their work and their approach at every turn. Attention to detail and pleasing the client are clearly their strong suits. They also happen to be extraordinarily polite, attentive and communicative. I have been living at my home for over 20 years and I have had it cleaned many times over this period of time by various companies. I will admit that I can be difficult at times only because I believe you should get what you pay for but more importantly I seek out great work. Chris and his company do beyond great work! I am so incredibly impressed with how my home turned out that I actually contacted some friends and family to recommend him. From the first phone call to the estimate to the completed work I could not be happier. The last time my house was this clean is when I had it built. We went with Precision because of their professionalism and reviews. Chris was thoughtful, fair, knowledgeable and concise when providing the quote. The system for accepting the quote was very easy to use and clear. Chris’s communication was succinct and helpful. Our home was filthy and even had green spots all over the vinyl. Our deck and pergola was super gross and our skylights were in bad shape. Chris and Shane protected all of my plants and didn’t let me move anything for them. They ensured everything was taken care of. At the end of the process our house looked brand new! We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone seeking power washing.
