There's a reason for all of Artem's 5 star reviews. My husband initially reached out because our dishwasher stopped working. Artem was incredibly responsive. The appointment was set up, Artem checked in the night before to confirm, and arrived that morning right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher, which was the motor. Thankfully, the motor itself was covered under warranty, and it was sent from LG directly to Artem. He texted me as soon as it arrived and scheduled time for the repair the following morning. Our dishwasher is now running better than it did before (how is that?! lol) and we're very happy with Artem's professionalism, cleanliness, responsiveness, diagnostic skills, and his fees. Artem was amazing! We were stuck without a dryer and Artem came to our house the same day I called. He diagnosed the problem, came up with an immediate solution and quoted a very fair and reasonable fee. He really went out of the way to find the part we needed which was discontinued by the manufacturer. He ordered the necessary parts and updated me through text on their status. The day the parts arrived, Artem came back that night and finished the job. I couldn’t believe such outstanding customer service. I would definitely use Outstanding home services again and would highly recommend him. Thanks!! You saved us a lot of money!

Artem was excellent. Honest and fair, very straight forward. He was able to come the next day after normal hours and fix my drain pump on my washer and the agitator. He showed me and explained everything that was wrong first and gave me his honest recommendations. Job well done thank you!

My dryer stopped working and I got Artem’s number from my neighbor who had nothing but high praises about his work. I got him to visit and and no wonder why he’s the type of service you can highly recommend. My guy Artem was very professional all through out, very knowledgeable and even explained to me this and that. And most importantly, such a nice person. He’s someone you can confidently recommend to other people in need. Will definitely use his service again (cross fingers) for future use.

Found Outstanding Home Services accidently while browsing online and thought I would give it a try since it was local to me. Responded right away, gave me an estimate and repair date not too far in the future. Gave me a courtesy text the evening before service to confirm. I got a text the morning of service as to arrival time. He was on time, dryer was fixed quickly. Will be using Artem again. Happy customer!
