Very happy with our Fantasy swing set. Naim was great presenting options with the actual sets on the lot, cost and further changes in design or swings. Lane and Oscar were so good in setting up. Respected my property and took the time with me to figure the best area to place it ( very large.) Such nice people all around.

The pre built shed was beautiful, matches our house perfectly. Sosa and Angel did a great job on the gravel pad, then came back to help with installation. Diego and Pedro delivered the shed. The four of them installed without machinery! Rolled it in with pipes. Dedicated, polite and very hard workers! We love our shed!

We purchased a playset and every facet of the process, from selection to installation, was extraordinarily customer friendly. We absolutely recommend their services and plan on shopping with them in the future!! Customer Service - the team at B.I.B. were super helpful and helped us distinguish which the correct playset was for our family. They helped us look at the space and assess what would work and (more importantly) what wouldn't. Installation - the team was right on time and did an exceptional job communicating with us. Great customer service from Kyle. Easy to order, relatively quick delivery date (they fit us in on someone else’s cancellation !), installation guys were incredibly kind and efficient, payment options are flexible, and the quality is worth every penny. I’d buy from them again and again. (We got a Dreamscapes set with tire swing and added a wooden roof upgrade which I’d recommend for weather cover and just overall aesthetic value).

From start to finish, my experience was so positive. After looking on the lot in New Windsor, Anthony set us up with the right fit for the yard and was able to get me the paperwork for my permit in a timely fashion. Michelle was very communicative with scheduling and the slight delay in delivery, which was not a huge issue (only 3 days). On delivery/install day, Gustavo communicated what time they were coming and arrived on time. Gustavo, Rigoberto, and Ariel were great! I had asked them to adjust after approving placement and they were very accommodating and completed my request without complaint.
