Best Way Rug & Furniture Cleaners

They did a wonderful job of cleaning my area rugs-at a fair price too. Pick up and delivery is a very convenient service too. I’m planning on having the rest of my area rugs and pillows cleaned for the spring - this is the company to call.

Absolutely terrible business they don’t care about their customers. They used too much water cleaning my upstairs closet and bedroom or or they didn’t suction all the water out. It was actually soggy to walk on. The water leaked through the floor and then through the ceiling and stain the paint in my kitchen. They refused to fix it. I had to go out and spend $200 to have the ceiling repainted because they did a bad job and wouldn’t stand behind their work. Absolutely find another carpet cleaner. They are not to be trusted. I would probably call them one of the worst carpet cleaners I’ve ever dealt with. One star is giving them too many stars.

My parents won’t leave a review, so I will. Not only did Best Way ruin their higher end rug, they attempted to blamed their elderly clients. And only after months of being dismissed did they make an effort to rectify the situation (my parents not having said rug for over two months). As a final indignity, when then repaired rug was returned, the trite, little man who delivered it (owner’s son?) complained about not having help (not my parents problem) but goaded my father into moving a coffee table, which he shouldn’t be doing. That having been said, Best Way obviously preys upon the elderly and couldn’t care less about long term customers. I wouldn’t hire Best Way for free and I suggest you don’t either. Merry Christmas!!

Excellent and professional service with reasonable prices. Quality work. Staff is kind and courteous. Turn around time was very good! Great place. Have used them on several occasions.

A great local business that is better in service and price than those you may see commercials from on tv. I was not charged for square foot where furniture was not moved. Definitely will use again.
