Called at 9 am due to no heat and the office stated they could have someone out between noon and 2 pm. The service technician Jeremy arrived at Noon and was great. His attention to detail and thoroughness was exemplary and he was very professional. Communication by the office and from him was outstanding. This was the first time we have used them and will use them again!

This company is absolutely amazing. There are other companies out there with five stars, but this company goes above and beyond. I would give them 10 stars if possible. I had a furnace installation done by them and it couldn’t have been better. The professionalism from start to finish was there for every aspect of the installation. They really know what they’re doing. They’ve been in business a very long time and if you want it done right this is the company to do it. The pricing is fair and they will work with you on financing. Mike their project manager was great to work with and answered any questions I had and was very thorough telling me what to expect. Ken and Chris worked on my installation and did a fabulous job. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. It was so refreshing

when we needed a new furnace, we knew that Borter was the best. They installed it and showed me a lot of tips on how to maintain it. 20 years later, it is still going strong. We are delighted to use their annual service plan too.

I signed up for the service maintenance contract for my 2 HVAC systems and humidifier. My service technician was very good and cleaned and tested both furnaces quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant and friendly. Borter installed my furnaces and AC units a few years back and did it very neatly and professionally. I would recommend them highly.
