Our water heater, at the 12-year mark, finally died, and I called a few local HVAC companies, including our regular HVAC company in Winfield. They couldn't help immediately, wanting to schedule an appointment for a later date, and that wasn't going to work. So I remembered Ferrari Plumbing, which I passed many times going to work, and I called them. They were literally here in ten minutes, and within two hours, I had a brand new water heater installed. Brand new valves were installed—the same high-end water heater that I had before, the same brand, at least. We have a specialty Kohler faucet in our first floor bathroom and the left handle was leaking. We asked our regular plumber to estimate how much it would cost to fix it and they estimated up to $1,500 because of the pedestal sink and replacing the specialty faucet. I thought that was a ridiculous price to fix the faucet so I asked my very knowledgeable friend to look at it. He suggested buying the valve to fit the handle and ask Ferrari Plumbing to fix it. So I bought the valve for $14 and Ferrari Plumbing came in and fixed it for $375. Wes and Josh were very professional. They were well dressed, articulate and respectful of our home and our time.
