We had Pro Dry assist with a faulty shower install. They did a great job removing mold, insulation, flooring and drywall. Their team checked on our home daily until they were confident it was completed properly. I hope we never need their services again, however we would call on them again.

ProDry was recommended to me by my plumber after there was a water pipe that was found to be leaking upstairs. I contacted my insurance who told me about another water mitigation company. That company came out first to assess the damage after which ProDry came. It was clear after meeting Inessa from ProDry that I would go with them. Inessa was extremely helpful guiding me through the whole process. I would've been completely lost without her advice and expertise. They did a great job clearing and drying all of the water damaged areas. Whenever I had questions, I was able to contact Inessa directly. I'd highly recommend ProDry. Thank you!

We had a burst pipe from frozen pipe hose bib that went outside to hose. When I called, the lady at their office mentioned that the technician would do a free inspection. When Daniel came out to inspect water damage, he walked us through everything patiently and with detail. From start to finish we were kept up to date. Highly recommend them as they are family and locally Wheaton owned. Turns out that we even knew some of the same people in town

These guys were awesome. First of all, the guy who came out at first did a free inspection. He walked my wife and I through everything from A to Z and we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I know they are locally owned and I appreciated that because Dan the project manager was always on site and very reachable. He made a group text message thread between my wife and I and we were always updated. No more burst pipes for us!
