Bettar Appliance Master - New management since 2024

Upon recently moving to the area, I was driving around the neighborhood and came across Bettar's building. The new home had fairly dated appliances, so I was on a mission to find and potentially update them. The team came over, recommended and installed a new refrigerator and made my OLD oven far more efficient with a tweak. Upon having a conversation with the installers I discovered that they also are able to do some odds and ins household repairs and installations, which they also completed. The staff was knowledgable, friendly and receptive to my needs. Would highly recommend.

Just bought a new refrigerator and the installation was amazing. Your crew went above and beyond hooking up in our new house and very impressed with the service. Last time I bought from Home Depot at my last house and they we're terrible on every level and would not hook up the water line or do anything extra like help remove all the plastic. Very impressed again with your service and I'm going to tell all my friends.

I wholeheartedly recommend Bettar — truly courteous, helpful, and professional. I have used them for several purchases, installations, and repairs. What's sets them apart from their competitors, is that after inspecting an appliance for a repair, they do not not just grab the money for the most expensive repair. They had advised me several times to NOT get the repair as it was too expensive versus the cost of buying a new appliance.

Raymond was incredible. So kind, honest and helpful. We felt truly cared for and that he had our best interest in mind and wanted to help us the best he could. Also, being able to speak directly with a person when you call is so wonderful. Even with the news that our washing machine ultimately couldn't be repaired, we would highly recommend this business after our experience. All around, our experience with Bettar was possibly the best we've had with a home repair business.
