Technician Brian was super! He is a seasoned expert, he was personable and realistic in repairing my old washer. I believe he gave me good, honest advice. He conservatively predicted the timeframe for receipt of my parts shipment, they arrived earlier than promised. Olga, in the office, was very professional as well. I highly recommend!

There is never any pressure and they are always honest and don't talk you into unnecessary repairs. They have helped me the same day, or next day. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars.

Excellent service. Called late on Friday morning the week before Thanksgiving as Subzero was having issues. Brian came late that afternoon. Nothing serious and a quick fix thankfully. Brian was courteous and answered all my elderly parents' concerns. Highly recommend this company.
