Service and communication were excellent! Replaced an existing water softener system, water filter system, and all necessary piping using quality materials. Added shutoff valve and RO water filtration system and tied into refrigerator water line. Was always available to answer questions and explain processes more than once. Installation was explained as it took place. Cleanup was perfect. Will happily use their maintenance services as time goes by. Thank you for a job very well done!

We had Betz install a water softener and whole-home humidifier. They were GREAT! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. They also weren’t trying to nickel and dime us or push any other products onto us during their consultation. Pete even helped us fix our bidet while he was here. I HIGHLY recommend Betz! Just had a great experience with Pete from Betz company. He came in on time was very personable and checked out my water softener took time to explain everything to me. He also checked on the condition of the water in my house and found it to be fine. He reconfigured my water softener so that it would go on very late at night And he explained a couple things about the pipes that were leading into the water softener. I was extremely pleased with the experience and I highly recommend them.

They are amazing and they are extremely experienced. After 2 other companies that were not efficient and quoted very high prices. Betz not only came out in this extremely cold weather Betz also replaced the old unit with a new Whirlpool unit. A very great service and very reliable.
