Brian and Alex were terrific! We had contacted IT Landes Home Services because our heating system suddenly stopped working. They came out promptly, and were extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire visit. Not only did they fix the problem, including driving to go get the part needed, but they cover their shoes to protect our floors, and even struck around for a few minutes to answer some of our HVAC questions. He explained everything that needed to be done and provided me with different options. He followed up with me after his initial visit to answer any questions I might have about the estimates.
