Mr. Musselman did a fantastic pre-drywall inspection in our new construction. There were only a few moderate issues, but we were really impressed with his attention to detail. He found many small things for us to watch, such as sloppy external taping and missing nails in floor joists. What’s more, he took the time to explain everything to us and was generally really friendly and great to work with. We would 100% have Musselman again check our house and, in fact, will before we settle.

Musselman conducted my pre home purchase inspection on New Years Eve, and despite the holiday season, I felt as if their entire team were focused on supporting me! David and Jonathan conducted my inspection, working through a review much more detailed than I could have imagined. I hired Musselman at the advice of my realtor for two home inspections. They did an excellent job both times. Their home walk-throughs and subsequent reports were extremely detailed and, as a potential buyer, I felt like I had an accurate idea of the repairs needed and the financial investment I’d have to make beyond the purchase price of the house. Their inspection on one home resulted in us terminating our contract, which we were so thankful for, due to the amount of repairs needed as the sellers and we could not come to a resolution.
