We are very happy with the outcome of our Florida room. All the workers were amazing, and Brian did a great job with helping us plan it and build it. Jonathon kept us informed along the way. My shout out goes to Sean and Erick who did our final clean up and walk through. They attended to every detail, even such as helping me fix our door lock that entered the room (above and beyond). Beyond AMAZING Builders is more like it!!! Clint and his very talented team took our renovation vision and made it a reality - even *better* than what we had imagined! We bought a lovely house with great "bones" but several issues (can you say 7 different floors and none of them great?? Outdated kitchen counters and cabinets but a nice layout. Sunken Florida room -formerly an outside patio - with a wall and windows into our Living Room?? Nope! Master Bathroom with a tub that could double as a pool but also a shower as small as a phone booth? Another NOPE.) Since we had moved here from So Fla and were in a rental, we gave Clint the go-ahead to tackle all these projects with a start date in January and a deadline for March. I highly recommend Beyond Average Builders. Their work is wonderful. They have amazing attention to detail and work so hard to make your vision for the space a reality. Everyone I worked with from the owner to the workers were professional, kind, and efficient. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

Clint and his crew did a wonderful job building porch landings and pergolas for our new pool area. The crew was extremely professional and nice to deal with. Our only issue is the portion of the deck they did makes the old deck look really old now! We need them to come back and do some more work!
