I had been wanting to replace the carpet upstairs for a while and, after reading the great reviews, decided to call Beyond Custom Floorings. From the very first interaction, I knew I made the right choice. I spoke with Robert, who was courteous, friendly, and extremely respectful. He even offered to come out the same day to take measurements and brought several LVP samples with him, which made the decision process easy and stress-free. Once the material was ordered, installation was scheduled quickly. I was told it would likely be a two-day install, but the crew was able to complete everything in just one day—and the workmanship was impeccable. We hired Beyond Cuatom Flooring to remove all the tile and some carpeted areas and install new floors in our home. They did an amazing job! Robert was great and answered all of our questions and concerns before, during and after our installation. The whole crew was amazing from Robert and Jake, to Cam and the whole demo crew, to the installers Alex, Victor and Ronny as well as, Alex and his carpet crew who came by late in the evening to touch up the areas where the carpet and new floors met! Gave Travis a call to knock out my shower tile install and explained the situation. He showed up the very next day. Took his time to review the project and didn’t rush through it. Couldn’t be happier with the results. He made great suggestions that altered the final design which came out really great vs the original plan and maximized the cost and material the best.
