This review is a long overdue. We had a very bad house fire in 2023. Once we realized the extent of the damage and found out our house would essentially need to be gutted and partially torn down, I had no idea who to call. After meeting with several contractors (including one that told my wife and I that he would tear the entire house down), I decided to call the one contractor that I had experience with and trusted - Certitude Roofing & Siding. Just overall BH was fantastic. From selections team, to the project manager, to the onsite workers, everyone was a real pleasure to work with and we were so happy with the job. They were very responsive, fair and reasonable in problem resolution. Builder Trend was an awesome tool- it really helped level set expectations. We used BHDB for an extensive home addition and renovation project that ran from June-November 2022. From the very beginning, everyone at BHDB was professional, courteous, and down to earth. You can tell immediately that they take pride in what they do and, best of all, they don't cut corners. They want to do things RIGHT. Chris Hatfield was our project manager and he was AMAZING. Professional, friendly, skilled at his work, super responsive, considerate, and master coordinator with the contractors. The BH design team did a wonderful job on our exterior remodel and addition two years ago. So when it was time to update our kitchen, we knew right where to turn. The team came up with a design that has exceeded our expectations, converting an awkward kitchen into an open, beautiful and functional space. Alicia is an outstanding interior designer. After just one meeting and a few brief conversations, she was able to offer choices that were exactly what I was looking for. The first inspiration board she created was spot on.
