Called Biddeford Chimeny sweep company 4 days ago and they told me that they would have someone here between 8 and 10 am, I woke up at 7:30 and got the clean out room where the chimney trap was cleaned so they had access, my wife is 30 weeks pregnant with twins and she also got up to help me put the dogs away and get ready for their arrival…..I get a phone call from an automated service the morning of service at 820, 20 minutes past the window time to tell me they are cancelling the appointment, they do not have availability, and that they are not going to reschedule. Zero stars if possible.
We had an excellent experience with this chimney sweep service. The technician was prompt, professional, and thorough.
