Biermann Construction

I have worked with Dave Biermann, owner of Biermann Construction, on a number of commercial jobs in Sedona, including most recently, an extensive remodel of Red Stone Center. He managed the project in a professional and efficient manner, and completed the job on time. An experienced GC, Dave was easy to work with, and showed insight when addressing the complexities of the project. The result was a remarkable transformation! I will use Dave Biermann for future projects and with great confidence recommend his company to anyone looking for a GC.

Biermann Construction continually does great work for the Sedona Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau. Biermann Construction recently completed a roofing project for us and also completed the renovation of our Uptown Visitor Center many years ago. We're very happy with the quality of the building despite normal wear and tear. David Biermann is very thorough, professional and easy to work with. David always looks for ways to save us money. He was also in touch with our desire to use sustainable products and re-use items where possible. Most importantly, the construction was completed ahead of schedule and within budget. We are very pleased with the quality of the construction and would certainly consider Biermann Construction for future projects.

Dave has always done great work and been on budget. We have worked with other contractors in the area but Biermann is the only one we recommend. Being on time and on budget is almost unheard of in construction but Dave has done it project after project for us.
