Big Bear completely remodeled our master bath a few years ago, including eliminating a bathtub and creating a large walk-in shower. It came out just perfect. We are very picky and had particular concerns that needed to be addressed. We live by the “do it once and done” philosophy with high quality components. A key feature is that we wanted no shower curb, just a straight walk-in, to address safety and convenience concerns as we get older. The design is somewhat unique and included a gently up-ramp to the shower doorway and then a wedge floor pan descending down to a linear drain. The job was done neatly and professionally. From start to finish we had an excellent experience with Big Bear on our kitchen remodeling. Communication was easy & questions were answered promptly. A weekly schedule advised of the work to be done and the workers who completed it arrived on time and were respectful, friendly & well qualified. We always knew who would be in our house and when. The project was completed on time and the workmanship is outstanding thanks to Don & his team. Couldn't be happier. Both experiences were very positive, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. One thing that really stood out was their organization. They provided us with a clear weekly schedule of work and kept us informed of any changes or deviations in advance. If you have had any work done on your home, you understand how rare this is.
