I buy my houseplants at this Lowe's. They are well taken care of and they have a nice variety. The employees are so nice!

I recently had a fence installed. Sales person (Anthony) sent a general contract stating I indicated the paint on the existing fence was there when purchasing home. After several emails and text messages, he didn't send anything else. On top of no real contract sent the sales manager at the Rocky River store (Mike) is indicating the contract states (what contract?) I can't get a refund for unused products of which they over ordered. As well as in Lowe's installation expectations document, it indicates the dirt should be put back into the post, and RE Connors Construction indicated they don't do that. It's an extra charge. Anthony's pitch to get the sale indicated it would be extra dirt left but nothing about extra fencing and cement materials. Anthony was not good at communicating w

I Purchased a GE fridge from Lowe's Rocky River in April 2025. Last weekend (2/22/26) it went out completely. Lowe's told me the protection plan they sold me is no good in this situation because the unit is under 1 year old. They say I have to go through the manufacturer. The manufacturer can't send someone out for another month. I went into the store to try and find a resolution. So far the store hasn't helped at all. We're without a fridge for a least a month. I'd be happy to update this review if the store offers some solution other than the unacceptable way it is being handled now.

Had exactly what I needed and the pro desk guy verified they had it and brought it to the register so it was there when I arrived

I ordered 12 brown mulches for pick up the next day. When I go in the morning, the brown mulch is hidden except 12 bags that are placed on the red/black mulch. The online inventory says they have over 200 in stock. This is the micro managed insanity at the RR Lowe's, the workers only offer to help when you don't need help too. When they see someone needing help, they put their heads down. A sadly ran Lowe's to say the least, there's better ran ones in the area!
