We worked with Natalie WIlden during our recent kitchen remodel. She was great - patient, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. We'd previously purchased a sink and bathroom faucets from Cleveland Plumbing supply for a previous remodel and we were impressed with all the choices and the quality of what they carry. Natalie helped us find just what we wanted for our new kitchen, explained all the options and answered all our many questions throughout the process quickly and comprehensively. Can I give 6 stars? I haven’t been this impressed with attentive and excellence in customer service as I have been with Haley Brugler at Cleveland Plumbing in Rocky River. We quickly stopped in to look at fixtures for our bathroom remodel and Haley completely listened to our vision and went right to work. She selected three lines to compare that absolutely matched what we described and came up with easy to understand and complete plumbing quotes. Her pricing has led the way competitively and her service is fast, accurate, easy to understand and just all around a one stop shop. I wholeheartedly, recommend that if you are looking for your plumbing job, stop and see Haley as she will not let you down. I wanted to work with a supplier who is local and close to home, and offers personal service. Cleveland Plumbing turned out to be an excellent resource of choice while working on our own bathroom remodeling jobs. Pat was the rep I have worked with and she is top notch - knowledgeable, warm, friendly and courteous, and full of answers and suggestions. Their merchandise options are overall better to best quality. Their showroom is clean and organized, showcasing many bathroom/kitchen items and fixtures. I fully recommend Cleveland Plumbing Supply.

Sadly, our experience didn’t live up to what we hoped it would be. We purchased both a tub and faucet fixtures from the Rocky River location. We were shown the only alcove tub they had in the showroom and had no idea it was extremely narrow at the bottom (an average size person cannot fit comfortably inside). The Moen fixture we purchased is a water saving model, so the water dribbles out at a snails pace. Both of these details could have and should have been mentioned before we purchased so that we could make an informed decision.

Great experience! Pat was extremely helpful in educating me about various kitchen sink and faucet choices. She also helped me understand about delivery options based on contractor requirements. I would definitely recommend this place!
