Made appt. with a Jacob Gray to come out last week, no show, had to reschedule to today and showed up 2.5 hours late and wife missed doc appt. He came in smelling of alcohol and wife called and complained that he was rude, crass, and confrontational when she pointed out the areas we wanted covered. He was in and out 5 10 minutes tops. Not sure if they operate this way or just that guy. Wow. Will call management and inform them this evening.
