Communication was excellent: Adam asked the right questions, spotted potential issues before they became problems, and explained the entire asphalt process in a way that was easy to understand. He never pushed unnecessary or expensive options, just honest, knowledgeable recommendations. His prices were fair, the work is flawless (the seams are nearly invisible), and his crew was professional and respectful. After calling two other asphalt companies and getting ghosted, I got the number for Big City from my neighbor. They were very quick. Called on Wednesday afternoon, Adam came out Wednesday evening to give me an estimate, and he had the driveway paved Thursday afternoon. I wasn't home when they finished, so I met him to pay him on Saturday afternoon. Driveway looks good and is smooth. Cost was what I was expecting to spend, no surprises. They were good at the job and I'm happy with the results.
