Helitech performed some basement waterproofing for me about 20 years ago, and I was so pleased with the results then that I called them once again this fall, when a different wall in my basement also needed waterproofing. From Jordon Celeslie, the waterproofing specialist who made the initial contact and presented a free job estimate, to Elliott, Brennen, and Tyler, the Helitech crew that carried out the necessary work, I found them all to be professional, skilled in their specific function, and exceedingly willing to talk with me, answer questions, and do whatever could be done to please me with their finished product. Jordan was extremely polite when arriving. We discussed the issues the structural engineer made us aware of on his report. Jordan explained what he needed to see, measure and evaluate. He was more than happy to answer our questions during his evaluation. After finishing his site evaluation he said he would get the report to us asap. Shortly after leaving he called and ask to bring another member of his team back for more evaluation to make sure he had all the details and recommended the proper repairs due to the complexity of the project. Jordan was extremely thorough throughout the process and made us feel very comfortable with Hellitek. Highly recommend.

I had a vertical crack appear in my basement wall that was letting in water. Andrew Bennett arrived at my house and was able to walk me through the process and explain the importance of all the steps they take. The work is set to take place in a few weeks. I will update after.
