Big D Construction

I was rear ended by Matthew Moore, an employee of Big D Construction, he was nice until I mentioned some of the damage that I had noticed before going for an estimate, then he implied that I was inflating damages and questioning my integrity. He stated if I brought a fair and honest estimate he’d be happy to cut me a check and we could be done with everything or we could get insurance involved and I’d have to pay my own deductible. I will gladly pay my deductible to ensure that all damage is addressed as it should have been to begin with. Shame on Matthew Moore for trying to bully me. Shame on Big D Construction for employing such a bully.

I went with my boyfriend to what we thought he had orientation , we were dealing with this lady named Samantha. Supposedly she said she sent an email to him few days prior to us coming to talk to her , she never sent an email until 2 days before we seen her. Then she kept having attitude , and it just was not it . I’m glad my boyfriend changed his mind because that work environment was not okay at all. She really needs to know how to properly help fix solutions and not lie.
