I had a great experience with Big D Electric. The electricians came out and were very knowledgeable on resolving my electrical issue. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

I don't know how people can give a bad review to this company. I called them Mon morning after tied of waiting on other companies who aren't responsive and explained my situation needing my electricity turned on. They agreed to come out that Monday for estimate beat out other companies price and did excaltly what they said they would do. Beverly is very knowledgeable and fair I highly recommend this company. Acquired 3 proposals for installation of solar. Big D provided the most competitive proposal. The agreement was signed and the following week a date was set for installation. Install was completed in one day. The system passed inspection two days after. Another two days, the net meter was installed and the system was turned on. Big D handled all of the paperwork and provided all of the warranty information. The system performance has been at or above the initial Big D estimate. Subsequently, I decided to upgrade from 100 to 200 AMP service and install an electric on-demand hot water system. Big D responded quickly and thoroughly to my request for service. I am so happy with the prompt service and reasonable price for the replacement of my breaker box panel. I'd been without hot water for a week before I learned that the problem was in the box (and potentially dangerous), and Big D had it taken care of within a few hours. I will use them again and will definitely recommend them to friends.

I'm a disabled veteran that paid them to do an install on a generator that they screwed up. They agreed to pay to have another company fix their mistakes in wiring up the generator and they would fix the neutral/ground bonding mistake they made. They've refused to make good on their word leaving me hanging with a bill knowing I'm on disability. Yes I have sent your owner text messages. And she did agree to pay and was willing to give them the business credit card number. However once I got the bill she told me to send it "to hell". Stop trying to hide it. Until you make it right this stays.
