Big Daddy's Septic Service

Big Daddy’s Septic was awesome! Trace responded to an urgent call on a Saturday and came out to inspect the same day. Within 3 days, all repair, service, and installation work was completed — and at a fair price. While no one wants septic problems, it is a relief to have an honest company you can rely on. Highly recommend!

2nd time using Big Daddy: Called Big Daddy when we had septic tank issues caused by poor property drainage. Right on time, got the work done very quickly- which anyone that has ever had a backed up house can appreciate! Even with this very un-Georgia winter we are having the guys get'er done. Five star service. Local guy who answered the phone, honored the time he said he would be there, and even did some extra digging he could have charged me for but didn’t. He gave me the info I needed, told me about some future upgrades that might help but didn’t try to push a sale on me. Don’t waste your time on some big corporation that will just try to sell you unnecessary stuff, trust the local guy who is honest.

I have had septic issues before and have had various experiences. The folks from Big Daddy are the best and one of the most honest I’ve ever encountered. I’m a truly old guy with many years of industrial experience. Trace Morgan and his assistant were super. He looked at my septic, opened it and said it is not a septic problem and didn’t charge for the diagnosis. He will get my next septic call. Sorry for the ramble but I was so impressed.

The guys were very professional and punctual. I've had some work done in the past by Big Daddy's and they did a great job. This time they came out just to pump my tank. There was an issue that they took care of and didn't charge me for because of our past business. Good company to work with.
