The carpet technician, Todd was very courteous, professional and did an excellent job cleaning and repairing my carpet . He texted me the night prior to my appointment for confirmation and also when he was enroute to my home. Shane Steamers provided excellent service and they have great prices . I will definitely use them again !!

I wanted to support local businesses and avoid chains for cleaning my carpet and rugs. I chose Shane Steamers because of the reviews. I couldn't be more elated. Todd was great. He was professional, punctual, and thorough. I did not feel like my home was rushed job trying to maintain a demanding schedule. I will use Shane's again! The prices are very reasonable as well.

After having horrible renters, my carpet looks absolutely brand new — even the high-traffic areas and older dog stains came out beautifully. The whole house feels fresher and cleaner. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. I will definitely be using Shane’s Steamers again!

The carpets in the house are original cream color from 2006. I think they have only been cleaned once. Todd was a Miracle Worker. I can’t believe how he restored them. Red clay was a problem in my bedroom from my dog’s paws and he got it all out. I love how the carpets are not soaking wet. He’s Friendly, Professional, and Fast. He knows his carpets. There are 2 pictures showing the red clay before and what it looks like after. Amazing Job and reasonable prices.
