Southern Exteriors

I have worked with Southern Exterior on a couple different projects now. They are very responsive did great work and had good field supervision. I have been working with Kade Perry and he has given us amazing service. Thank you for being a company I can count on to get the job done right.

We had the original cedar siding replaced on our house (1960 Ranch). The original cedar shakes were 17" with a 14" reveal and we wanted to go with fiber cement board in the widest possible plank format. Our sales person and project manager let us know about the James Hardie, Cedar Mill, siding in the 12" format with a 10 ¾" reveal. It was exactly what we were looking for. This particular format enabled us to maintain as much of the period look as possible. Along with re-flashing the window frames and also painting, the project could not have turned out any better. Southern Exteriors recently completed a gutter replacement. They were in and out and could not tell they were there except for the amazing gutters. It was nice during the first rain after the install to now hear water flowing out of my gutters. I would recommend them to anyone, second job they have done on my house, I am thoroughly impressed. Here are some before and after pics. Major difference and am very happy with their craftsmanship and professionalism.

We are in the process of doing home renovations and hired Southern Exteriors for a couple of projects already. Rebuilt decks/Day Room from screened porch. Awhile back new gutters. They did such good work that we will be using them again.
