Great people and an outstanding value. Great crew, fast, efficient, went way above and beyond what I was expecting.

We had Big-L do seamless gutters, as well as covering soffits and facia boards. Lack of communication, would have to be my key complaint. Promises to spell out details, before starting the project, went unfulfilled. A break in the weather was the excuse for the sudden call, requesting the crew be allowed to start before a meeting could happen. We had been promised a detailed plan of action, in writing, before start of the project. That never happened. I gave three stars, because overall the finished project doesn't look bad, even if the functionality seems a little lacking. But even that outcome, took additional calls to have crew members return to re-do things that had not been correctly installed, or overlooked completely. Called on a Tuesday to have someone come out to give me an estimate on Monday the 25th for an insulation job. The person on the phone told me he'd refer me to someone to set up the appointment. So, I literally wait all week for this person to call but never did, so I made alternate plans. On Monday the 25, I get a call from Big L saying they would like to set up an appointment for an estimate. This was about 10:30am in the morning. I told them that since I hadn't heard from them, I made alternate plans. Not sure if this was miscommunication or they are just too busy, but It would seem obvious that you wouldn't try to set up an appointment on the day that you were supposed to show up. Very frustrating.

The gutter man did a great job I would definitely refer him to anyone else needing gutters. He is a true professional.
