They were wonderful! They showed up less than two hours after I called. They fixed my issue starting with the cheapest solution and I didn’t have to buy a new hot water heater!

Yet again this company has set the bar high. Logan and Sean did a water heater replacement in July 2025 which was exceptional. When I got home from work 2/2/26 at 8pm, my furnace was not working. I spoke with Lindsay the next morning and she had me on the schedule. Logan and Sean arrived earlier than scheduled and handled the issue with precision and experience. This family business is just that….truly family.

They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were very professional throughout the entire process. It’s not every day you find a company that combines great customer service, fair pricing, and top-notch workmanship, but Logan’s Heating and Cooling delivered on all fronts. Logan’s came out and helped me big time get AC up and running in this 90* weather. They were quick and thorough. Customer service and expertise from Lindsay to Logan and other employees was top notch which means a lot to me in this small town as I love to support small businesses ran by good people with fair prices! Immediately answers when called (during business hours). They also came out same day I called (on two separate occasions). They fixed several serious issues and showed me everything. We will be using them for our annual cleanings or any issues that arise with our HVAC system in the future. I wish we called Logan’s Heating and Cooling the first time we had any issues with our heating or cooling instead of dealing with another company that took months just to come out and half a year to attempt to solve the problem.
