They always have the right parts and very knowledgeable too. Their prices are usually as good or better than the big box stores in the city. Very grateful for L&M. Mom n Pop stores sometimes have to mark up some low volume items to make it worth holding inventory for extended periods...(like expiring refrigerant perhaps (410A is end of life)).

Thank goodness they are open on Saturdays! Had a part go out on a Friday night, really needed something on the weekend. The employees were incredible! Very knowledgeable and the price was way less than I expected.

Very nice people and wonderful customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I had looked around several other places for a water heater and everyone tried to sell me something different which didn't fit and wasn't what size I needed. As soon as I talked to the first person, they knew exactly what I needed and asked specifically for the sizes to make certain it would fit. When I arrived it was setting aside for me, they helped load up and everything was very easy. I highly recommend them.

Their staff is very helpful and has been able to help me with any problem I have presented to them. They are very thorough with answering any questions I have had and are able to talk me through a project and let me know about things I didn't even think of. Great bunch of people! Friendly and professional! Definitely recommend going to them with all your plumbing needs!
